1. Subscription Refunds

WeComply offers a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Renewal Refunds

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service.

3. Digital Content and Services

By accessing or using the services (such as AI Faculty assessments or localized training) within the first 14 days, you acknowledge that you may waive your right to a refund if a substantial portion of the service has been consumed.

Note: Our payments are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Some regional statutory rights may apply in addition to this policy.
